This policy explains what registered legal name of the business (“Supreme Books”) collects when you order school books on this website, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Your account: when you sign in with Google, the name and email address on your Google account. We do not receive your Google password or keep any access to your Google account.
- Student details: name, admission number, class and section, so the school can match the order. If you tick “Remember this student for next year”, we keep them with your account to fill in next time.
- Parent details: your mobile number, for delivery updates.
- For home delivery: the address and map position you choose, and the receiver's name and phone, saved to your account so you can reuse them. Your device's location is used only if you tap “Use my current location”, to move the map.
- The order itself: school, class, items, amounts and delivery choice.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we only receive the payment reference and its status.
How we use it
Only to fulfil and support your order: packing and delivering the books, sending the order confirmation and status updates, and answering questions about the order. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your school, where needed to hand over the books; Google, to sign you in and to show the map and look up addresses; Cloudflare, whose security check at checkout looks at your browser to tell people from bots; Razorpay, to process the payment; and our email provider, to send the confirmation.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for 8 years, which covers the periods Indian tax law requires businesses to keep them, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can delete your account yourself from the account page (the round initial at the top of the page once you are signed in). That removes your account, saved students and saved addresses and clears the names, mobile number and email on your past orders, which we keep without them for tax records.
