Cancelling an order
You can ask us to cancel an order until it is packed. Contact us with your order number through our contact page.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the cancellation.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of receiving the books and we will replace the item or refund it.
Returns
Unused books cannot be returned once they have been handed over, except for items that are damaged, missing or wrong, as above.
